COMMUNICATION

How to reach me.

As we begin our relationship working together I ask you reach out through email or text only. It can be difficult checking all forms of communication and I want to make sure I can answer you as quickly as possible.

I respond to emails within 24-48 hours. For burning questions, last minute session requests or if you are running late to a session text is recommended over email. Please always text when you have arrived for your session.

I make myself available via phone calls between sessions as needed for support. Calls longer than 20 minutes are treated as consults and have an exchange. You will never be charged for a call without your knowledge.


PAYMENT

Investing in your empowerment.

Payment is requested in full to secure your spot before the start of a session. All payments once made are non-refundable or transferable.


CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING

Honoring our time together.

Cancellation policy is 100% of appointment cost. Please reschedule or cancel at least 48-hours before your appointment. Emergencies happen, if this is the case please text immediately to arrange a time to connect on the phone to discuss next steps.
